Miller thanked the crowd for a memorable career.  Gary Ackerman, owner of Gaudin Motor Company, choked-up as he recounted his first memory of the honoree: “My first memory of Kersh was him lifting me up as a little boy, probably about 5 years old, and putting me up on the big cast iron safe in the showroom so I could watch the Helldorado parade go down Fifth Street in front of the first Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas.”   Ackerman said he does not remember a Gaudin Ford without Kersh.

Miller was presented with keys to a brand-new 2014 Ford Flex, as well as a plaque that will reside in the showroom in his honor.
